3D print filling density?

I am starting to print the parts for the SATRAN rotor.

What filling density is suggested for printing the functional parts, is 20% sufficient?

Hi Alex, yes 20% should be fine for all parts except the "antenna mount" that should have at least 50% so it doesnt break too easily.

More importantly is the layer height, that for the gears could be as low as 0.1mm to give them a smoother surface, also it is advisable to sand them a little with fine grit paper before applying the grease. This will give you a smoother and stronger operation.
