I'm having some problems getting the sensors to initialize after boot. I've checked and rechecked the wiring from the rj45 connector to the patchboard and everything seems to line up according to schematic.  I can't seem to understand the sensor wiring.  The middle pin on AZ and EL should be the wiper pin of the pots, correct?
