soft crash

Hello, I am having problems with the Android application,
Almost every use it crashes.
I have a message that appears.
When I clear the cache. I have less of this problem.
My smartphone has 6gb of ram.

Hello,

I have the same problem ,the app crashes after 1 time of use when i switch to another sat the app hangs. Hope that it will be fixed soon.

My phone is a oppo.
